Permanent, natural-feeling tooth replacement
Implant Restorations in Maspeth, Queens
Refined cosmetic dentistry designed to improve smile harmony, confidence, and natural-looking aesthetics.
Dental implant restorations replace missing teeth with permanent, natural-feeling crowns, bridges, or full-arch prosthetics supported by titanium implants that fuse directly with the jawbone. At SOL Dental Arts in Maspeth, Queens, implant restorations are designed and fabricated using in-house CAD/CAM technology and partnered ceramic labs for a precise fit, optimal aesthetics, and long-term durability.
When an Implant Restoration Is the Right Choice
Implant restorations are typically the most stable and natural-feeling option for replacing one missing tooth, several missing teeth, or a full arch. Unlike removable dentures, implant-supported restorations don’t shift while chewing or speaking. Unlike traditional bridges, they don’t require grinding down adjacent healthy teeth for support. And unlike doing nothing, implants preserve the jawbone in the area of the missing tooth — preventing the bone loss and facial collapse that happens after tooth loss.
Types of Implant Restorations We Provide
Single implant crown. Replaces one missing tooth with a custom crown attached to a single implant. The most common implant restoration.
Implant-supported bridge. Replaces multiple missing teeth in a row using two or more implants to support a fixed bridge — no removable appliance.
All-on-4 and All-on-X full-arch restorations. Replace an entire upper or lower arch of teeth with a fixed prosthesis anchored on four or more strategically placed implants. A life-changing option for patients with extensive tooth loss or failing teeth across an entire arch.
Implant-retained dentures. Snap onto a small number of implants for dramatically improved stability over conventional dentures, while still being removable for cleaning.
The CAD/CAM Difference at SOL Dental Arts
Where most practices send every restoration out to a third-party lab, SOL Dental Arts has an in-house CAD/CAM dental lab. For many implant restorations, that means we can digitally design your crown, see it from every angle before fabrication, and mill it from a high-strength ceramic block with sub-millimeter precision. The result: better fit, more natural emergence at the gum line, fewer remakes, and often shorter overall timelines.
The Implant Restoration Timeline
Phase 1 — Planning and implant placement. After 3D imaging and treatment planning, the implant itself is placed (either at our practice or by a trusted surgical specialist). A healing period of 2–4 months allows the implant to fuse with the bone.
Phase 2 — Restoration design. Once the implant is integrated, we take precision scans and digitally design your final restoration around your bite, neighboring teeth, and aesthetic goals.
Phase 3 — Delivery. The final crown, bridge, or prosthetic is fitted, adjusted, and secured. We review home care and schedule routine maintenance.
Caring for Your Implant Restoration
Implant restorations don’t get cavities, but the gum and bone around the implant still need the same care as natural teeth: daily brushing, flossing (or interdental brushes), and professional cleanings every 4–6 months. With consistent maintenance and night-time protection if you grind, implant crowns commonly last 15–25 years — and the implant post itself often lasts a lifetime.

Information on Cosmetic Services offered
What Cosmetic Dentistry Can Improve?
Cosmetic dentistry may be used to address a wide range of aesthetic concerns, including chipped teeth, worn edges, uneven tooth shape, discoloration, spacing, small lateral incisors, asymmetry, and smiles that no longer feel as polished or youthful as they once did. In many cases, improvement is achieved through conservative treatment planning that enhances the smile while respecting natural anatomy.
Our Approach to Smile Enhancement
At SOL Dental Arts, cosmetic treatment is planned with attention to proportion, translucency, contour, smile line, and facial harmony. We evaluate not only how the teeth look individually, but how they work together within the smile as a whole. This allows us to recommend treatment that feels elegant, refined, and appropriate for the individual patient rather than generic or overdone.
Treatment Options That May Be Included
Depending on the case, cosmetic dentistry may involve composite bonding, veneers, whitening, selective contouring, replacement of failing bonding, or a more comprehensive smile refinement plan. Some patients benefit from a small enhancement to one or two teeth, while others may be candidates for a broader treatment approach designed to improve the overall balance of the smile.
