Meet Dr. Arthur Volker, DDS, MSc, MSEd, FAGD, FACD

Dr. Arthur Volker is a co-founder of SOL Dental Arts in Maspeth, Queens, and a nationally recognized cosmetic and restorative dentist.

He graduated from Columbia University's School of Dental and Oral Surgery and completed a General Practice Residency at the New York Hospital of Queens.

Clinical and Academic Background

Dr. Volker served as a clinical attending at Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility, where he was Vice-Chairman of the hospital's Graduate Medical Education Committee.

Today, he practices alongside Dr. Aadel Soleymani at SOL Dental Arts with a focus on minimally invasive, microscope-enhanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Clinical Philosophy

The healthiest tooth is the one we leave alone. That philosophy is central to how Dr. Volker plans cosmetic and restorative care.

His Diplomate status with the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry reflects that approach: preserve enamel when possible, choose additive treatment when it fits, and avoid aggressive preparation when a conservative path can meet the goal.

Dr. Volker focuses on porcelain veneers, minimal-prep veneers, composite bonding, smile design, full-mouth rehabilitation, bite reconstruction, microscope-enhanced restorative dentistry, CAD/CAM crowns and onlays, Invisalign, Six Month Smiles, and the Bioclear restorative technique.

Certifications and Teaching

Dr. Volker is certified in Invisalign and Six Month Smiles adult orthodontic treatment. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists.

He has reached Diplomate status with the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry and has served the Academy of General Dentistry as Vice President and Chairman of its New Dentist Committee.

Dr. Volker lectures nationally and internationally on cosmetic dentistry, minimally invasive dentistry, and dental materials. He is an instructor for The Bioclear Learning Center and the Center of Esthetic Excellence, and a faculty member at Cosmedent.
